🔹 কোন ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য?

Buy Nation শুধুমাত্র ড্যামেজ পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করে।

রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে যদি—

• পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় ভাঙা, ছেঁড়া বা গুরুতরভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত থাকে

• পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় কার্যক্ষম না থাকে (শিপিং ড্যামেজের কারণে)

📌 নোট: ডেলিভারি নেওয়ার সময়ই পণ্য ভালোভাবে চেক করতে হবে।

🔹 কোন ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়?

নিচের যেকোনো ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে না—

• পণ্য পছন্দ না হওয়া

• কালার বা সাইজ সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা

• ব্যক্তিগত মত পরিবর্তন

• ডেলিভারির পর ব্যবহৃত পণ্য

• ডেলিভারির সময় চেক না করে পরে অভিযোগ করা

• নির্ধারিত সময়ের পরে অভিযোগ করা

🔹 রিটার্ন করার নিয়ম

1. ডেলিভারি নেওয়ার সময় পণ্য চেক করুন

2. ড্যামেজ থাকলে সাথে সাথে ছবি বা ভিডিও নিন

3. ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্টে জানান

4. আমাদের টিম যাচাই করে রিটার্ন অনুমোদন দিলে পণ্য রিটার্ন প্রসেস করা হবে

📌 প্রয়োজনে আনবক্সিং ভিডিও বাধ্যতামূলক হতে পারে।

🔹 রিটার্ন চার্জ ও রিফান্ড

• ড্যামেজ পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো রিটার্ন চার্জ নেওয়া হয় না

• রিটার্ন অনুমোদনের পর পণ্য রিপ্লেস বা রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে

• রিফান্ডের ধরন Buy Nation নির্ধারণ করবে

🔹 গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ঘোষণা

• Buy Nation কোনো পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে Warranty প্রদান করে না

• রিটার্ন সুবিধা শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারি ড্যামেজের জন্য প্রযোজ্য

• Buy Nation যেকোনো সময় রিটার্ন পলিসি পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে

🔹 When is return accepted?

Buy Nation accepts returns only in case of damaged products.

Returns are accepted if—

• The product is physically damaged at the time of delivery

• The product is non-functional due to shipping damage

📌 Note: The product must be checked at the time of delivery.

🔹 When is return NOT accepted?

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases—

• Change of mind

• Color or size issues

• Personal preference

• Used or altered products

• Late complaints after delivery

• Damage caused after delivery

1. Check the product at the time of delivery

2. Capture clear photos or videos if damage is found

3. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery

4. After verification, return approval will be provided

📌 Unboxing video may be mandatory for verification.

🔹 Return charges & refund

• No return charge for damaged products

• Replacement or refund will be provided after approval

• Refund method will be decided by Buy Nation

• Return policy applies only to delivery-related damage
