🔹 সাধারণ শর্ত

• Buy Nation একটি অনলাইন ভিত্তিক ই-কমার্স প্ল্যাটফর্ম

• Buy Nation থেকে অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই Terms & Conditions মেনে নিতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন

• Buy Nation যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন, সংযোজন বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে

🔹 পণ্য সংক্রান্ত শর্ত

• Buy Nation কোনো পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে Warranty প্রদান করে না

• পণ্যের ছবি ও বিবরণ যতটা সম্ভব সঠিকভাবে উপস্থাপন করা হয়, তবে আলোর বা ডিসপ্লের কারণে সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে

• স্টক শেষ হলে Buy Nation অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে

🔹 অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট শর্ত

• অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার জন্য Advance Payment বাধ্যতামূলক

• Advance Payment সাধারণত ডেলিভারি চার্জ হিসেবে গণ্য হবে

• Buy Nation গ্রাহকের তথ্য যাচাই করে অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে

🔹 ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত শর্ত

• Buy Nation সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি প্রদান করে

• ডেলিভারি চার্জ:

  • চট্টগ্রাম সিটি: ৮০ টাকা

  • চট্টগ্রামের বাইরে: ১২০ – ১৪৫ টাকা

• ১৫০০ টাকা বা তার বেশি অর্ডারে ফ্রি ডেলিভারি প্রযোজ্য

• প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা অনিবার্য কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে

🔹 রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড শর্ত

• Buy Nation শুধুমাত্র ড্যামেজ পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করে

• ডেলিভারি নেওয়ার সময় পণ্য চেক করা বাধ্যতামূলক

• রিটার্ন সংক্রান্ত অভিযোগ ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে

• ড্যামেজ ছাড়া অন্য কোনো কারণে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়

🔹 অর্ডার বাতিল সংক্রান্ত শর্ত

• ডেলিভারি পাঠানোর আগে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যেতে পারে

• ডেলিভারি পাঠানোর পর অর্ডার বাতিল গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়

• গ্রাহকের কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল হলে Advance Payment ফেরতযোগ্য নয়

🔹 গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব

• সঠিক নাম, ঠিকানা ও ফোন নম্বর প্রদান করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব

• ডেলিভারি নেওয়ার সময় উপস্থিত থাকা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে

• পণ্য গ্রহণের পর যথাযথভাবে ব্যবহার করতে হবে

🔹 তথ্য ও নিরাপত্তা

• Buy Nation গ্রাহকের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য নিরাপদ রাখে

• তথ্য শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার প্রসেস ও ডেলিভারির জন্য ব্যবহার করা হয়

🔹 আইনগত বিষয়

• Buy Nation এর সকল শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত

• যেকোনো বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি বাংলাদেশি আইন অনুযায়ী হবে

• Placing an order indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

• Buy Nation reserves the right to modify these terms at any time

🔹 Product Terms

• Buy Nation does not provide warranty on any product

• Product images and descriptions are shown as accurately as possible; minor variations may occur

• Buy Nation reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability

🔹 Order & Payment Terms

• Advance payment is mandatory to confirm any order

• Advance payment is adjusted as delivery charge

• Buy Nation may cancel orders after verification if necessary

🔹 Delivery Terms

• Nationwide delivery across Bangladesh

• Delivery charges:

  • Inside Chattogram: BDT 80

  • Outside Chattogram: BDT 120 – BDT 145

• Free delivery on orders of BDT 1500 or above

• Delivery time may vary due to unavoidable circumstances

🔹 Return & Refund Terms

• Returns are accepted only for damaged products

• Product must be checked at the time of delivery

• Complaints must be reported within 24 hours

• No return is accepted for non-damaged items

🔹 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

• Advance payment is non-refundable if cancellation is customer-initiated

🔹 Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and delivery information

• Be available at delivery time

• Use products responsibly

• Customer data is kept secure and confidential

• Data is used only for order processing and delivery

🔹 Legal Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh

• Any dispute shall be resolved under Bangladeshi jurisdiction
